Our reconstruction has been delayed significantly. Now that we all know that McArthur School is battling E-Coli we know that there is much more work to be done on all flooded buildings that what was originally thought. Keep in mind that even the Vestal Parkway was flooded out. There are very few commercial locations that were not flooded and they are asking for extremely high (and unreasonable) rents.
